Our product return/refund/exchange process is straight forward, due to our business growing we have had to add in some automated steps into the process for us to better serve you. The first step to returning a product is simple. You contact us via email. We now have an email address setup specifically for product returns:
On your initial email please include the following information.
- Your order number
- Your first and last name
- Your Phone number
- Identify the product or products that you are wanting to return
- Within 5 business days we will issue a Return Ticket Number via email
- This Return Ticket Number email will also include a printable Choke Express Return Sheet 9.23 Or you can download and print it from the following link

- After you receive a Return Ticket Number and print the return sheet, fill it out and put it in the package that you are returning.
- Once we receive the package we will notify you via email or text. We will verify the contents of the package via photo documentation along with your Order Return Sheet; you will receive this as confirmation that we are in possession of your return. At this point your return will either be approved or denied. Used products or damaged products are not returnable.
- If your product is damaged due to a manufacturing defect we will replace it upon inspection. You will want to check out the page on PRODUCT REPLACEMENT Replacement under the HELP TAB on the Main Menu of the website.
- If your return is approved and you are seeking a refund as indicated on your Order Return Sheet, your refund will be issued on the 1st Monday or the 3rd Monday of the month following the acceptance of your return. We are opting to do this in batches as I'm working on better organizing the business and dedicating specific days for specific functions of the business rather than spending 5 minutes at a time trying to do 100 different things a day.
- If your Order Return Sheet indicates Replacement at that time a secondary order will be placed into our order system, you will receive an email with the new order number, depending on the status, there may be a secondary shipping charge or product upcharge or refund of the price difference if switching products. You should expect to see this order processed and shipped within a week (depending on product availability) once the balance of the invoice is settled.
- If you are wanting to swap out a product for another product please indicate that on your Order Return Sheet, If you do not know exactly what you need please indicate that on your Order Return Sheet and we will contact you via phone call / text or email to process your return/exchange.
- Product must be in New/Unused condition free of damage or defect
- Return process must be initiated within 30 days of customer receiving the product via mail / pick up / delivery / in-person sale.
- Inbound/Outbound shipping charges are not covered by Choke Express LLC. on product returns. If your order qualified for our $99+ Free Shipping promotion the shipping charges incurred by Choke Express will be deducted from the total available refund prior to processing
- Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this fee is to cover day to day operational costs that we incur to pull orders, pack and ship prep them as well as processing of the return and resubmitting the products back into our inventory system. Restocking fees may be waived or reduced at our discretion.
- Qualified returns with a value of over $500 may incur a multi-payment refund pay schedule on our bi-monthly payout dates based on availability of funds at the time of processing. Not to exceed 4 installment payments.*
- Product must be in New/Unused condition free of damage or defect
- Return / Exchange process must be initiated within 30 days of customer receiving the product via mail / pick up / delivery / in-person sale.
- Inbound/Outbound shipping charges are not covered by Choke Express LLC. on product return / exchanges. If your order qualified for our $99+ Free Shipping promotion the shipping charges incurred by Choke Express will be deducted from the total available exchange value prior to processing.
- Return / Exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this fee is to cover day to day operational costs that we incur to pull orders, pack and shipping prep them as well as processing of the return and resubmitting the products back into our inventory system. Restocking fees may be waived or reduced at our discretion.
